WHIPPED CHOCOLATE CREAM FROSTING


Wipped Chocolate Cream Frosting Ingredients


1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

METHOD

Mix, but do not whip all ingredients in a bowl.
Place in a refrigerator to chill for at least two hours.
Remove the mixture from the refrigerator and beat until it is so thick that it holds its shape and will stand in soft peaks.
This makes enough frosting for the top, sides and between the layers of a three layer cake.
The cake in the refrigerator after frosting to allow the frosting to set.
If the cake is not eaten immediately store in refrigerator so that the frosting will not spoil.
