Method place the semisweet chocolate chips with 2/3 of a cup sweetened condensed milk, one tablespoon cream or milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Melt this chocolate mixture over low heat
Stir in half a cup of walnuts.
Line a 9 inch square pan with foil
Spread the mixture evenly into a 9 inch square pan.
In another saucepan, melt, over low heat, melt the milk chocolate chips with remaining sweetened condensed milk and 1 tablespoon cream and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Remove from heat, and stir in the remaining walnuts.
Spread over the fudge in pan.
Chill for two hours or until firm.
Turn the fudge on to a cutting board.
Peel foil off and cut into squares.
Store loosely covered at room temperature.
Makes about 2 1/2 pounds.
