1/2 cup margarine
2 teaspoons instant coffee.
1/4 teaspoon salt.
1/2 cup of cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla.
1 egg.
1/3 cup milk.
4 cups icing sugar.
METHOD
Beat together with a mixer the egg, salt, cocoa and coffee.
Alternating add the milk and icing sugar and vanilla.
This makes a light, fluffy and extremely sweet chocolate icing and is foolproof.
