Pre-heat the oven to 350°F
finely chop the fresh mint.
Coarsely chop the almonds.
halve the figs.
Combine the chips, mint and almonds in a small mixing bowl, stirring well
place a bit of this mixture into each fig half.
Lightly spray or wipe a baking sheet with vegetable oil.
Place the figs on the baking sheet and bake, in a pre heated oven for 15 minutes.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
