CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 2


Ingredients for the Chocolate Cheesecake 2

11/2 cup Graham Wafer Crumbs
5 Tblsp Butter Melted
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Chocolate Semi Sweet Grated
1 teaspoon Vanilla 3 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
8 oz Cream Cheese
12 oz Chocolate
1 Cup Sour Cream
¾ Cup Butter Melted
Whipped Cream (optional)

Method:

Combine first 4 ingredients and press into bottom of 8in sprinform pan
Beat eggs and sugar with electric beater until a pale mixture. Add the cream cheese, Mix well Melt chocolate in double boiler. Stir in sour cream butter and vanilla add, Add to cheese mixture and stir. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 325 degrees For 2 hours or until center is firm Cool on Wire rack. Remove Chocolate Cheesecake from pan chill and serve whipped cream
