Chocolate Cheese Fudge Ingredients
1 cup softened butter.
8 ounces pasteurised processed cheese cubed.
1 1/2 pounds powdered sugar (caster sugar).
½ cup cocoa
1/2 cup skimmed powdered (dry) milk.
2 teaspoons vanilla.
2 cups coarsely chopped nuts.
Method:Melt the butter and cheese in a large saucepan at medium heat, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat.
Sift together sugar and cocoa add this to the cheese mixture mixing well.
Stir in powdered milk, vanilla and nuts.
Pour into a 9x9x2 inch pan.
Chill until firm.
Makes 3 pounds of Chocolate Cheese Fudge.
