60 SECOND CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

60 Second Chocolate Mousse Ingredients:

1 cup chocolate chips.
1 cup heavy cream.
1 egg.
1 teaspoon full vanilla.

To Make the Mousse

Whip the cream.
Place chocolate, egg and flavouring in blender and chop.
Heat the cream until bubbles appear on the edge.
Do not boil.
With machine running pour in hot cream.
Blend until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.
Pour into desert dishes and cover with plastic and chill

Serve with dollops of whipped cream. This makes an easy but great tasting dessert
